Design and delivery of an intensive 4-month development program for senior leaders. Four modules covering the following key topics: Entrepreneurial Leadership - A New Conceptual Model, Conversation Techniques for Entrepreneurial Leaders, Leading by Example: Self and Team, Process Design for Entrepreneurial Teams.

Entrepreneurial Leadership is an emerging leadership paradigm that has grown out of the challenges and opportunities presented by the ongoing digitalisation of society and its workforce. Its aim is to cultivate entrepreneurial teams that fully leverage their creative potential in creating value for the organisation. It does this by employing leadership practices that develop the ability in employees to self-generate, self-reflect, and self-correct in their workplace.

Design of a 4.5 day training program delivered over the course of 4 months for the CEOs and CFOs of Germany's fastest growing start-ups. Purpose: enable participants to consolidate, reinforce, and accelerate their venture's development. Three modules covered the following key topics: Managing Growth, Financing Growth, and Capital Market Readiness.

Context: Deutsche Börse Cash Market (a unit of Deutsche Börse AG) supports late-stage start-ups to prepare and access funding from public markets.
